Rear Alert Panel

Hey so ive been trying to add a rear alert panel to some of the C3M c2s that i got and i really need help ion know how to add it on there...

This C3M c2 has one with the rear panel alert

A Shuted down server because it wasnt active and there was no routes so he just shut the server down
